USA Orders

30-Day Window Free Return Shipping for Store Credit
  • You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to complete a return or exchange.
  • Free return shipping when you choose store credit.
  • Requesting a refund? A $10 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
  • Items must be in re-sellable condition with all tags and original packaging.
  • 20% restock fee applies if items are dirty, have animal hair, or have missing packaging/parts. If the product is unsellable (excessively used/dirty), a refund will not be issued. Please make every effort to clean your items to get your full refund and avoid the 20% restocking fee.
  • Clearance/closeout items are not eligible for return.
  • Exchanges: You’ll receive store credit once your return is accepted; apply it to the item you want. Limit 1 exchange per purchase.

International (Non-UK) Orders

Customers Are Not Eligible For Returns

At this time, due to the new de minimus rule for small incoming packages into the USA, returns and exchanges are no longer available outside the USA and UK.

Because of this, if you're unsure about sizing, fit, or functionality, please reach out to us before placing your order.
