- You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to complete a return or exchange.
- Free return shipping when you choose store credit.
- Requesting a refund? A $10 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
- Items must be in re-sellable condition with all tags and original packaging.
- 20% restock fee applies if items are dirty, have animal hair, or have missing packaging/parts. If the product is unsellable (excessively used/dirty), a refund will not be issued. Please make every effort to clean your items to get your full refund and avoid the 20% restocking fee.
- Clearance/closeout items are not eligible for return.
- Exchanges: You’ll receive store credit once your return is accepted; apply it to the item you want. Limit 1 exchange per purchase.
